Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, as detailed below.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings and commitment to quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bras and Pajamas & Intimates: Due to hygiene concerns, these items are final sale once purchased.
  • Swimwear (including Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops & Tankinis, Bikinis, and One Pieces): For health and safety reasons, swimwear is non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. You can use the template provided below to ensure all necessary details are included.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the package, and ship it to our address:

    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

Refund Information

After your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:

  • 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not caused by store errors. For exchanges, if the new item is of higher value, the difference will be charged; if lower, a refund will be issued for the balance.
