Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bras and Pajamas & Intimates: Due to hygiene concerns
  • All Swimwear: Including Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops & Tankinis, Bikinis, and One Pieces

Exception: If you receive a defective item from the non-returnable categories above, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the package, and ship it to our address:

After your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
